Autumn Challenge

Over on the Creative Card World blog Lou has set us the challenge of 'Autumn'.  I love this time of the year as summer fades away and we get the gold and oranges and browns  appearing on the trees.  There's a really good crop of brambles growing and I'm off to pick plenty for the autumn and winter. I might even have a go at making apple and bramble jam if the mood takes me.  There are huge haystacks appearing close to where I live and the birds are stocking up on seeds and corn that has dropped to the floor.

This photo of my eldest grand-daughter, Romani, was taken in a park in Boston when she and her parents were over in the States visiting friends, she was just about a year old then. I love it and look at it every day as it sits on my window sill.  The colours are perfect for her skin colouring.

I've used a sheet of Bazzill Basic card stock, sprayed it with a few squirts of the Krylon Gold Webbing I bought from the Glitter Girls at the last Ally Pally Show. I cut a strip of DP from a sheet of Basic Grey Scarlet's Letter and I've also cut the scrolls, leaves and pumpkins from Cricut's Cindy Loo cartridge.
