Sympathy card
I can't remember making a sympathy card before, I have made various 'thinking of you' cards. OH and I are sending this to a lady up there in cold cold Scotland. As we didn't know her and her husband, who recently passed away, that well thought I would keep it fairly low key. Trusty Pink Petticoat paper on an 8" x 8" card and the ribbon was a bargain on Ebay of 25 yard reel of double sided 15mm satin ribbon for a couple of pounds.

Easter or Spring but definitely a touch of Green.
I love Meg from the funky animals of Pink Gem Designs and this is my latest stamp that's been added to my collection.
I've used papers from the Daffodil Pad by Tim Coffey
Bazzill card stock
Coloured image with Promarkers and a Pink Gem sentiment that was free (thank you, Janet) and embossed with gold powder.
Flowers, brads and ribbon from my stash.
I'd like to enter this card in the Pink Gem challenge
Also in the Simon Says Stamp Challenge
Also the Magical Crafts Fortnightly Challenge

Easter Goodies
I thought I would make something different for friends this Easter. I took the inspiration from Liz at Pink Petticoat and made these little pillow boxes. I've used a paper from Pink Petticoat called Fairy Dots as I do love all types of dotty papers. They are filled with Elizabeth Shaw Mint Crisps that are so scrummy.

Giving the Blog a Makeover
It now being Spring I thought it was time to give the blog a brand new look with a complete makeover courtesy of Scrappinblogs.blogspot.com I love the colours on this blog page. Huge thanks to rainmac on MSE for holding my hand through the transition. You were dead right, Sarah, it was easy!
Our theme on Crafty Place card swap was Spring and my swap partner was Furrypig This is the card I sent to her and also the little beauty I received from her. Thank you, Ruth.

This is a scrap page I made last June at Sugar & Spice Crafts at Barleylands-Billericay in Essex. I love this page as it shows my three grandaughters Romani, Lacey (footie girl) and Miss Bea-Bea Dollykins, the youngest. I can't remember the papers we used but the 'memories' tag was cut on a Cricut machine at the class. Jenny on MSE has used this style of flowers recently as has the fab Sarah on her blog. You must check out their gorgeous cards.
