A Lovely New Challenge at OSAAT # 187

It's that time of the week when there is a lovely new challenge at OSAAT. our theme this week is .......
spooky time.........
BOO!

If you're someone who doesn't do  Halloween, well, let's see Halloween colours, lots of black and red etc..  The rules are pretty straightforward,

1, You may enter our challenge as many times as you like as long as you use a Stitchy Bear Digi Outlet image available from here.  You have the chance to win out top prize of 3 x Promarkers from our fab sponsor Creative Craft World. If you decide to enter with a non-Stitchy Bear image you will be placed in a draw for a runners-up prize of $3 to spend in the store but you may enter only three times.

2, On your post you must link to our challenge blog.

3, No backlinking, your project must be new and blogged after our challenge goes live.

For my card this week I've used 'Devilish Kiss' by  Sentimental Susan and you can find her here.  Well, she is certainly ready to captivate you on the 31st with those scarlet lips.

The background paper is a digi set by Gina Jane Designs called Halloween-Flourishes and I've added some die cuts from Spellbinders and the spider web is from Memory Box. The black cat at the bottom that you can just make out is a Spellbinders die from back in the days when you would often find a freebie with their dies, I have three of these but the cat is really used a lot.  The sentiment is self-generated and I used a font from Dafont.com called Bleeding Freaks, really handy for spooky writing.

Now I wonder why you have coloured 'Devilish Kiss' in purple and red Jennie ....I'm enjoying a chuckle but at the same time I'm awestruck as she looks so beautiful. To mount her on the black/white background and embellishments is stunning. All I can really say is a great big WOW to the impact of this beautiful Halloween card Jennie. Love Ingrid xx

This card is so dramatic and striking. You have made wonderful use of dies to embellish the fabulous background paper. Love how the purple and red on this spooky image just pop against the black and white background. Awesome. Thanks for joining our Spooky challenge this fortnight at Craftitude. I hope we see you again soon.

This is awesome Jennie! Love your colouring on the image and having it die-cutted was a terrific idea. The swirly trees and your spider web really add to this card. Thanks for sharing this!
