Use a Digi is our theme

Over on the One Stitch at A Time challenge blog our theme this week is 'Use A Digi'. There's a fab prize of the images used by the DT on the May 7th challenge up for grabs if you use a Stitchy Bear image on your card. If you use a non-Stitchy Bear image you will be entered into a draw for $3 to spend in-store.

For my card this week I chose Miss Peony by Alipeeps Art and you can find this fab image right here.

Ali has captured such a wistful look in her face and I've coloured her so that she is highlighted by the background paper. This paper came from a Kanban pack called Apricot Dreams which was perfect for her as she seems to me to be dreaming of someone far away. She's coloured with Promarkers and her peony flower is highlighted with a Gellyroll glaze pen. Some Prima flowers tinged with Tim Holtz's Distress in and a Sue Wilson die cut leaves branch. The sentiment is from Heartfelt Creations.
